The facilities - good indoor swimming poool, large and well equiped rooms - and the good willing of the personel.
The hotel seemed to have just open to the public, althought it is working for more than a year, they told us. The payment by credit card still isn´t available, the restaurant isn´t open, the breakfast is cleary not of a 5 star hotel. Some of the personel need perhaps more training although they were very helpful and friendly.Not a good value for money, there are hotels in town cheaper and with better services.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions. We enjoyed our daily breakfast; it was delicious and plentiful. The hotel's location near good restaurants, in the centre of the city, was easy to get to.

From the moment I walked in, this hotel made me feel at home with its luxurious ambiance. the indoor swimming pool was crystal clear, and I spent a few hours on the comfy sun loungers whilst being served by attentive staff. My room was a masterpiece , with exclusive amenities like a private outdoor patio and a lavish en, suite bathroom. Delicious breakfast was served in, room every day.
One minor issue was the service at the bar/lounge area. Despite the staff being friendly, I had to wait longer than expected for my cocktail.

My weekend stay was enjoyable because of the comfy beds and clean rooms. Further, the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy its nightlife. the friendly staff was always available to answer questions and offered great local recommendations.
the breakfast selection was limited and the coffee was not very good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city where you can easily access various good restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with top-notch service. the breakfast is always satisfying and comes with a variety of options.
The pool depth might not be ideal for children or those who prefer shallow waters.
